I don't think you are supposed to pop them, but to be sure, go to www.webmd.com and search for blisters. It will tell you all about them and what to do.

Dont pop them

let them pop on there own that is prothection for the tender fresh skin underneith

You should pop them with a sterilized needle, because in my experience they do not drain on their own. The skin underneath will sting like the dickens when you do. But if you don't pop them, you will likely end up with a rough patch of skin that you don't want. Best to go ahead and get it over with, make sure to always have a bandaid on the area with a little antibiotic ointment, change it 2-3 times a day.

Popping can lead to infection. The liquid in your blister is your body's natural way of healing itself. Leave them alone and your body will do the rest.

yes, pop them.

Pop them with a sterile needle. Do not remove the skin. As soon as you pop them, drown them with surgical spirit. It burns like hell but it will definitly shorten the overall pain period. Do it before bedtime so you are not immediately walking on it. I have done this countless times and works well for me.

pop them. that's what my wound care surgeon always does. and then apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin and a bandaid.

no it is best to leave it to do it naturally, you could pick up an infection if you pop it especially if its an unsterilised needle
