Ways to get rid of cough without medicine?!?!
Question: well i have this REALLY bad cough, runny nose, and some sinus build up that makes me feel cross eyed or a slight head ache, no fever at all so thats like the only plus. BUT im 8.5 months pregnant and cant really take anything but nyquil which really doesnt help me at all. im going to my doctor tomorrow but i was wondering if anyone knows of anything that will at least help me sleep through tonight?
any home remedys?
i drank ...well basically cinamon tea and quite a few women told me to stop drinking it because it can cause you to go into labor. i was also told by some people that i should try and get rid of this cough because everytime i cough i tighten stomach muscles which isnt too good for baby. can anyone help? my throat hurts and i really need a good nights sleep tonight.
really rough week! =T

Go to the store and buy tylenol. Most home remedies will not work.
tea vitamin c
For you cough try a hot tea such as ginger or peppermint with a lot of honey. The honey will sooth your throat and the ginger or peppermint will open your sinus.
You could also try to use a clean sock filled with with white rice, tie a knot at the opening, and microwave it to heat it. Approx a min for a tube sock. Place on your face and that can help your sinuses as well.
The sock also works for local soreness such as neck pain.
