I have a few questions?!

Question: I actually have a couple of questions. You can choose to answer 1 or 2 or all or none- whatever floats your boat:

a) When I breathe, it doesn't feel like my lungs fill up all of the way. Sometimes, when I yawn, my lungs do fill up all the way and they "click".They don't click literally, but I don't know how else to describe it.Why can't I always get my lungs to fill up all of the way?
b) I have a heightened gag reflex recently. I'll be chewing on food or gum, and it won't even come near the back of my throat, but it makes me gag. It sometimes even happens when I'm drinking liquid. This hasn't always happened, it's just been starting up recently.
c) Whenever I drink liquids that are really cold, I get light-headed and almost black out. Why is this?
d) Why am I able to pop my left wrist repeatedly, but it never feels satisfactory. I keep doing it over and over again. I happens with my left foot too.
Thank you all for your help! Best answer goes to the most thorough answer!!!!!

c)Well, this is because your brain is reacting to the cold.Don't drink too much cold drinks as this "freezes" the brain temporarily.
