Should you work out when you are sick, or take a break?!


Question: u shud rest.at the same time u must not lie on the bed the whole day.keep reminding urself thatthat ur perfectly alright.dont work out,but do yoga,especially breath in and THE NEXT DAY U WIL B PERFECTLY ALRIGHT. WALK AROUN UR HOUSE 4 10 MINUTES AND AGAIN REST.

Of course you should rest!What your body really needs when you are sick is rest and plenty of water.
I agree that sweating it out in the gym is good because it helps you sweat,but your energy levels are already low and you may faint.
Any website can tell you this.

Definitely take a break, don't stress yourself out too much, but don't get into the habit of just sitting or sleeping around. If its just a minor cold/ cough/ fever, you can take tylenol and be on your feet almost at once. But if you are very sick, listen to the doctor's advice instead of mine.
