I can't go to sleep! Help!?!

Try staying away from caffine and heavy exercise in the afternoon/evening. Alcohol can also lead to sleep problems (it's actually a stimulant). If all else fails, try a low dose of melatonin. You can buy it in the vitamin section at most drug stores. It's something that your body produces naturally, but sometimes things get a little messed up in our sleep cycle and the production gets off. It's used often by travelers trying to get back onto their regular sleep cycle after being out of their normal time zone for a while. It works wonders for me.

if you need help you should maybe get a sound machine with nature sounds or you could bring a radio in your room and turn it up just loud enough so you can hear.
there must be some reason for the change in sleep payttern..exercise, snoozing too much in the afternoons...u see no apparent reason for more than a week, go to a doc..
