Don't you have a friend in the class who will take notes to help you?
We all get sick sometime and it is not good to push yourself too hard or you will take longer to recover . If you end up in hospital, you will miss more than one or two days of lectures. Pays to be sensible really, doesn't it?
Head cold unrested today, is tomorrows chest infection and the next days pneumonia. No one can be expected to concentrate if they are sick so why go and pass it round the entire class so everyone gets sick.
Take care of yourself first then catch up later, you will be glad you did. Hope you feel better soon.

skip it, if you stay at home and rest you'll get better quicker. if you push yourself to go, chances are you aren't going to be paying real great attention anyway since you feel so crummy. Get the notes from someone else and sleep

It's simple, really. When you're too uncomfortable to sit and listen to a long lecture. Dizziness doesn't sound worth it to push yourself. But, it's your call. I probably wouldn't go. Maybe, one weeally weeally important lecture.

Medicate and go, if you don't have a fever. If you don't go, then go to the doctor instead.

Well, you gotta do what you gotta do, go to college and go to your lectures, if you feel very bad in the class just go to clinic.

I wouldn't miss an important lecture unless you can get all the info you need from someone. The only time to not go to school or work is if you can't get out of bed. Get some meds and go.
