Can going to bed very late everyday have a negative impact on growth/health?!

Question: Hi, i am just wondering if going to bed at like 2-3AM everyday and waking up at 7AM have a negative impact on my growth or health in any way? I am asking coz i was always pretty tall compared to my classmates and now i am one of the shortest boys in my class. I am almost 15, 5`7 high and i weight 130 pounds (quite the skinny guy) and hit the puberty before 2,5 years or so.

If you're not getting enough rest, it will effect your health. You will get sick more easily, and you will find yourself feeling cranky all the time- and acting in ways that you shouldn't toward your friends and family. Believe me, that's not fun: I learned about that while trying to hold down 2 jobs like that.

Not getting enough sleep will definatley have a negative impact on your body and mind.

yes, staying up late will turn you into a troll
save yourself now.....................................

in the long run yes. its unhealthy. just make sure you're at least getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night.

It's not good for your brain.

this will kill your brain cells and you wont be able to think enough and your body will get so tired that you will start to pass out.

Absolutely. You should be getting 8 to 9 hrs of uninterrupted sleep nightly. Lack of sleep can contribute to all types of problems including heart disease, diabetes, and mental illness.

Scientists have shown that the best sleep we get is between 10 and 2 o'clock. Sleeping during that time will allow you to feel rested and your body undergo normal growth. Unfortunately, we all live crazy lives and it's quite hard to go to sleep at 10. You should make an effort and go to sleep a little bit earlier, at least 12 o'clock. Sleep is essential for growth so be careful.

well i just studied how sleep works and...there's an experiment on mices: they kept them awake, they gave them all the food they wanted, but they couldnt just sleep..after a month the mices died..
sleeping isnt just important..it's vital!for ur body but most of all for ur brain..if u dont sleep enough, u damages ur brain a lot
