I took 2 nyquil tablets not knowing that since I am on Amitriptyline antidepress!

will probably be super sleepy, I have taken nyquil w/ my antidepressant and haven't had any life altering side effects - BUT YOU should DEFINITELY call the pharmicist and ask JUST TO BE SURE - yahoo is a good place for general advice, but to be on the safe side - if there is not a pharmacy open -try a poison control center maybe(?)
If you are concerned call the pharmacist. How long ago did you take them?
When in doubt, I always phone a pharmacy. The Pharmacist will know which drugs mix and which ones don't.

You can also always call poison control (24 hours) - the number should be in the front of your local phonebook. It never hurts to be safe than sorry.
