Can Stress Cause Bleeding Noses??!

Question: I have been under a GREAT deal of stress lately.
I always feel like I have a bleeding nose. Sometimes I think it is bleeding, but it isn't. Weird I know.
It does bleed, but mostly it doesn't. It just feels like I have blood inside of it, but it doesn't come out. So to speak.
Is stress doing this?? Or is my mind playing games on me!!l lol

If you have broken your nose in the past, it could be likely that the walls of the vessels in your nose are weak. If you were under stress and your blood pressure rose high enough, it could cause the vessel wall to rupture and bleed. Stress could be a factor, try to keep you blood pressure down.

Actually high blood pressure can cause your nose to bleed, and stress is a contributing factor in high blood pressure.

stress cause high pressure for blood,,it is bad thing for you try to be calm, and take things in easy way you have to take baby asbirin daily

Stress can probably contribute to epistaxis (the medical term for nose bleeds) or at least give you high blood presure which can cause blood noses but the bleeding itself is caused by the small blood vessels in the nose which rupture. You can have this rectified by getting your nose quaterised they use something like a small soldering iron to burn the blood vessals in your nose luckily they tend to use an anestetic it works well I had it done seven years ago and no more nose bleeds.
