I do that too sometimes. It's because you're so emotional and stressed that your body starts to feel like it's in serious danger, thus the rapid pulse and quick, shallow, breathing. It can be really scary sometimes though, so the best thing to do is try to calm down. Take some deep breaths and force yourself to relax. I've heard of people sitting down in a chair, bending over (while seated) and putting their head between their legs. Something about regulating breathing and getting blood to flow to the brain. I don't know if it works though and don't recommend trying it.

i have no clue why u r probley crazy

I think you mean *hyperventilate. This is more psychological than anything, you should go see a shrink.

when you cry do you tend to hold your breath?? I know when you get really upset or just upset your diaphram can do into spasms and that can be causing you to do that, or if you hold your breath when you cry your body bulids up CO2 in your blood stream and you hyperventilate to help breath off that extra co2 it is your bodys ways of fixing an imbalance.

hypervenolate?

It means you are not breathing properly when crying. To stop hyperventilating take a paper bag and place it over your mouth and nose and breath into it. You are retaining too much oxygen and this will cure it..honest.
