Feeling hotrrible for almost a month now..read?!

Question: About a month ago I started feeling really tired all the time. I slept a lot and it didn't help, and my stomach always hurt. It feels like I'm always going to throw up, but I've only thrown up a few times in the past month. I went to the doctor a couple weeks ago and they did blood work and found nothing wrong. They prescribed medicine that gave me horrible side effects so I went on nexium. Its been almost 2 weeks that I've been on this, thats all I'm taking anyway, and it hasn't helped. I'm most likely going back to the doctor next week. What could be causing me to feel like this? The doctor said my blood looked normal and showed no signs of anemia, lymes disease, etc. Could it be a problem with my kidneys? I keep getting shooting pains up both sides of my stomach. It'll be another week before I get to the doctor probably so I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas.
My symptoms are:
Upset stomach all the time, shooting pains up both sides often
Tired a lot
Headaches a lot

I'm sorry, I hope you feel better.
Drink plenty of water? Lol
I'm not really sure but I hope you feel better.
Hopefully your doctor will be able to help this time now that he knows its continuous and has been going on for a while.
Good luck.

Go to the website webmd.com. They have a list of things to self-diagnose to maybe give you and idea of what is wrong. Could it be your colon?
