Alcohol:
#1 is a depressant
#2 takes 1 hour for your body to process 8 ounces of alcohol
#3 1 shot of liquor is = to 1 glass of wine which is = to one beer
Caffeine:
#1 Is a stimulant
#2 Causes veins and blood vessels to open which is why you get that "rush" feeling when you consume caffeine. The blood gets to its destination quicker.
Nicotine:
#1 Is also a stimulant
#2 Makes the body look aged
