Is it normal to feel dizzy every morning when you wake up?!

Question: just wondering ?

Answers: just wondering ?

Yes, its normal. When you wake up in the morning your bodys blood sugar level is at it's lowest, causing weakness and dizziness. Once you have something to eat and drink your levels go back to normal. It's nothing to worry about it.

No. See a doctor ASAP.

Not enough sleep or you need to go see a nurse or doctor

well... have you been eating?

I suppose if you didn't get a good nights rest, or jump out of bed abruptly, you could definitely become dizzy. But I would suggest talking to a doctor about it to make sure something else isn't going on that could affect your body in a negative way. :(

I think it's normal to feel slightly dizzy, especially the moment you step out of bed because of sudden haste movement. If you feel very dizzy, it's perhaps you haven't had enough sleep, you're hungry or you're sick. Visit a doctor if you feel very dizzy.

What I do is that I sit on the edge of my bed for about five seconds before I stand up. That usually stops the dizziness for me.

yeah

i know a way to get rid of it though...it works

U just gotta go to the bathroom and pee...quize em all out, that should snap u out....i works for me

No. It is important you set a meeting with you're doctor, tell him/her how often this dizzy feeling arises.

No it's not normal, you may suffer from Vertigo or a sever inner ear infections, it could be Hypertension (HBP). C a Dr ASAP

That used to happen to me. my mom said that I needed to get out of bet a little bit slower rather than jumping up out of bed.

No you should not feel this way. You may have low blood pressure or some medication that causes your blood pressure to be low. Until you see a doctor sit up in bed before standing and do so with something nearby in case you need to grab it. You have postural hypo tension.

No, its not normal and is normally a sign of something worse.

If you dont eat much, if youre dehydrated, on certain medicines, or just lack sleep you may become dizzy when standing.
Also if you laid there for a while and all of a sudden jumped up your blood is rushing to your head making you dizzy.

Good luck

you might have low bloob preasure
