Pain in lower left side when breathing..?!

Question: I have a pain in my left lower side, just above the hip area that started last night.

It hurt all night (not unbearably, but I was conscious of it) and now when I breathe deeply I get a very sharp pain in that area (lower left side above hip) and I can't take a very deep breath.

Any idea what it could be? as I'm a bit worried.

Thank you!

I would see a doctor, there are many things this could be. It could also be something completely unrelated to your breathing. see your doctor so he can check you out.

try a doctor. call a nurse in the emergency room if you have to, thats what they are there for.

last time that happened to me i had kidney infection.

I once had muscle spasm ,it was hell.Thought I was having some sort of heart attack.See your doctor or nurse.I was given pain killers and muscle relaxants.Good luck----it might just be indigestion

Sounds like a heart attack. Go and make your peace with everybody and say goodbye.
Oh, and by the way, dont forget that
