Answers: It probably means you had like 3 or 4 bowls of somebody's fruitloops. Hope you get back to normal soon!

that is bile an i wouldnt worry about it..

could be somethin they ate lol

Either you ate too much spinach or you should confirm your health with a doctor :P

It basically means [in the nicest possible way!] that poop is coloured green, for whatever reason!

it just means that maybe you had something to eat that made it that color there is no need to be worried

fierce grape gatorade

bacteria, something the person ate (collerd greens for example)

That you are a vegetable

it's going to rain in scottsdale.

I have attatched a link for you to look at.

that depends on what the person has been digesting.

Colored drinks such as Gatorade, etc. will do this as well.

Believe it or not, when someone eats something with purple coloring in it, it's supposed to make that happen.

Strange...

when I was food poisoned my bowel was green

OH thanks that makes me hungry.

For me it means I ate too many lucky charms and they dye from the marshmallows is giving me grief :oP It's probably just something you ate, which was either blue, or green.

It means you have been eating something very green...perhaps alot of spinach?

You watched Inconvenient Truth to many times.

This happen when ever my children eat trix, lucky charms, or fruity pebbles. Your diet will change your stool colors. Not to worry unless it is bloody or really red.

to much weed

What is the cause of green poop?
(Question submitted by ap, CrAzYMiC98 and several others)
I have consulted with a doctor, a physiologist and a microbiologist on this question, and the following summarizes their answers:
Healthy people can have green poop if they eat a diet rich in leafy green vegetables, or if they consume large quantities of food coloring (in ice cream, cake frosting etc.).
Green poop can also be caused by excess iron in the diet, from dietary supplements, for example. If the body does not absorb all the iron consumed, the iron may stain the poop green, the color of iron (II) salts. Ordinarily, the green color may be masked by the normal brown poop color, but if digestion is thrown off by illness so that bilirubin is less concentrated in the intestine, the green color may become apparent. This can happen when a person is afflicted with diarrhea.
Green poop in sick babies may come from iron in baby formula not being properly absorbed, or by green pigments in bile salts (again, green from iron).

poop comes in all types of colors, shapes, and textures. I would not worry about it unless it turns black or has blood in it.
Helpful info for those of you who dont know pepto bismol will turn your poo black so dont go in for that colonoscopy right away wait out the black poo if he have had pepto.

Most of these people are right. It could have been something that you ate. If you are taking iron tablets that could be it too. More importantly, if this continues you should consult your physician. You may have a health problem that you are not aware of.

You ate something green; or drank blue juice;or it could be that that poop was old...:(...

Don't worry, everyone's p..p is waste..perfectly normal...now if you didn't poop..now that would be a problem; and you could be plugged up and in need of a stool softener or laxative.

My advice to you: STOP examining your poop.

I agree with most of the answers above. Sometimes green stool comes from eating foods with food coloring in it. Also the suppliments like Chlorella, and Spirulina will cause your stool to turn green. Black licorice can cause it to turn green also.
