THIS WORKSSSSSS im serious
get some water in a cup and tilt ur head to and drink the water backwards. so like tilt ur chin to ur chest and drink the water. it is reverse and helps the hiccups go away. the breath stuff doesnt work.

Hold your breath. It won't stop them immediately but the longer you hold your breath, the fewer the hiccups become.

You can also try eating a tablespoon of sugar (I have never tried this one).

I have also drank some water before to calm them.

put a kleenex over a glass of water and then drink the water through the kleenex! it works every time i promise!

well you can try eatinga heaping spoon full of peanut butter all in one gulp, drinking water upside down, (kinda hard) taking some mylanta, a spoon full of sugar, or you cand chug a quart of water non stop! God Bless

For me I just drink water for about 10 - 20 seconds. Just holding my breath doesn't do anything for me. But drinking anything really for ten to twenty seconds usually stops the hickups. Good Luck, I know hickups sucks!

since a hiccup is an involuntary twitch of the diaphragm, hold your breath for 10 seconds, slowly let it out, then do it again 3 times...it should work. =]

hold your breathe,drink a glassof water quickly.
place 1 half tsp of dry sugar on back of your tongue.
and lastly if you chose a prescription for a serious case of hiccups get this prescription chlorpamazine)

ok,here the list i typed it myself,so,best answer please=
1. drink some water
2. hold your breath as long as you could
3. ask someone to scare you
4. dont think about the hiccups and they will be gone fast.
5. go to sleep,i believe sleeping will have no hiccups,if yes ,how?

hold your breath, and take 7 SMALL SIPS of water (still holding your breath). and swallow each small sip individually. so you should swallow 7 times.
it seriously works every time :)

You can drink some cool water. You can eat a tablespoon of sugar. Or if i all else fails, put a piece of wet brown paper on your forehead. You can get this paper from off a lunch bag or a bag from the gas station. Or a bag that keeps frozen ice cream in it from your grocery store. Just tear a small piece off the bag. I know they use this for babies. I am aware that you are far beyond being a baby. It will never hurt to try though. I hope your hiccups go away. Good Luck on getting rid of it!
