Good question, most vaccines are suppose to be 90% free of mercury now. My son is autistic (which they have been linking that to vaccines) But its not so much the mercury that worries me, its the fact that in 1993 there were only 10 shots they gave children, now present day its 36 shots!!!! It makes me wonder sometimes with my sons autism.
I believe most, if not all of the vaccines are mercury free now.
its a preservative. they put it in multi-dose vials. its not in preservative free single dose vials. but... multidose vials are cheaper.
I personally don't believe autism is linked to vaccinations (my sister is autistic but even so, in the US I believe the disorder is overdiagnosed improperly, my sister is the real thing), it's a preservative.
Most vaccinations aren't supposed to have it anymore. Parents have the right to not allow their children to be vaccinated (which I thibk is silly in the case of diseases that kids can still get) and adults can deny getting shots for themselves if they are ethically against it.
