I would. You can count the pills though. It should say on the label how many are in the bottle. If you know how many you've taken, you should be able to do the math.

no it should it will mess up you cycle.
see how many pills are in the box and count from the date you go them to now and that should solve it.
if you forget a lot why not buy one of those medicine boxes that yopu can keeps your meds in each box says the day of the week so you know if you took it or not.
