foots falling asleep is a nervous problem. it doesnot change your skin color.
if your skin color is changing to bluish, it is a sign of peripheral cyanosis.
it could result from a failing right heart ( if you are over 40)
or a deep vein thrombosis.
it could also be a sign of varicose vein.
