Pulsations in abdomen and legs??!
Question: My abdomen has these strange pulsations randomly. I KNOW I'm not pregnant. It comes and goes and has been doing so for about a year. It's like a heart beat feeling. Also....after a long walk, once I sit down....I have these CrAzY pulsations all up and down my legs. Probably about 50+ pulsations. Any ideas? I have a Dr. appointment on the 23rd of April....but I'm still curious and would like some advice on things to bring up to the Dr. So I can get proper testing and stuff. Thanks everyone!! Sounds like poor blood pressure.. The veins in your leg have to go against gravity to return the blood to your heart. They have valves to stop it falling back down again, but they partially rely on the movement of your muscles to push it upwards.. If the blood is having difficulty then your body automatically twitches the muscles to give the blood a push.. It's a survival mechanism. Get checked out by your GP but don't panic, you'll be fine.
