Whats the best way to give up smoking?!


Question: The best way is to plan it out: Firstly cut back to 4 smokes a day over 6 months. Secondly take all of the buts out of your ash trays leave the ash. Thirdly lock yourself away for three days with something to keep your hands active (PlayStation works well). Lastly whenever you want a smoke smell an ash tray. After the three days keep a small water tight container of ash and water on you, whenever you want a smoke have a smell. It worked for me I haven't had a smoke for 9 yrs.
