Hormone therapy (males are given female hormones)
and plastic surgery.....yes it's possible to give a woman a you know......

Not sure but men can get a surgery that puts a pump into their male parts to cause an erection with a button for erectile dysfunction, they might do this as well because I don't think they can actually create the full effect.....
