Any idea why this is happening?!
Question: Lately i have been super dizzy, like i cant even read a book becausei cant read the words i have to chase them with my eyes. Which only makes me wanna puke. I also have been having really sharp pains where my heart is, this happens about 10-15 times a day. it only happens when i breathe in deepy. I'm only 15.
any ideas?

Any heart pains should be taken very seriously. I'd advise that you get yourself to the doctor's and have them check that out as soon as possible. I went through something similar and it turned out I had incredibly low blood sugar.
I think you need to see your doctor.
