Will getting around in my wheelchair ever get easier to do?!
Question: 1 month ago I was walking and had a crushing pain in my lower spine. 6 days later I was walking with a bit of pain. A week ago I went into a wheelchair with very limited use of my legs. I try to stay positive but my Drs. are saying they just don't know. I do PT every day and at home as well. In my house where I won't be embarrased I try to walk. I just need to know for now when my arms are going to be able to act as my feet all day. I went to work today and realized In a terrifying way. Its a big world out there when you could be out run by a crawling toddler. I can't figure out ramps, I struggle to get up them and then go down too fast and can't stop without running into something. PLease suggestions anyone??

youll get used to it but maybe you should try practicing with little tiny ramps have someone push you up or down the ramps and dont for get manners please?!
