The body can't digest a lot of things. Hair will stay in you forever if you eat it and it can block off blood to your heart and kill you. We used to be able to eat rocks because we made a cool stomach acid that came from our apendix but we evolved past that. My answer is that a balloon made of rubbery material would not be able to be digested by a normal person. Although there are people in the world who can eat strange things like light bulbs, bicycles, and airplanes!
it's likely you'll poop a baloon, that is how a lot of people smuggle drugs. Of course the ones you hear about are when it breaks open and they have toxic levels of whatever drug was in the baloon. Anyway, It doesn't digest, it will come out or need to be removed by a doc.
