Possibly so, but there are a lot of reasons that you might have a headache...changes in the weather, stress, etc. Drink a glass of juice to help regulate your blood sugar and take a couple of Tylenol, you'll be fine.

I'm no expert, but that is probably why. Maybe you should drink more water, after you donate blood, you should drink plenty of water and eat healthy meals. Take aspirin and you should feel better by tomorrow.
