FEET FEET FEET.. yeah feet?!
Question: At night my feet get really boiling hot.
I don't sleep with socks on. I have showers at night and wash and dry my feet.
I always end up sticking my feet out the end of my duvet. But it gets unconfy and my duvet gets all tangled. It's really annoying. Is there somthing wrong? I just want someone to get some ice and freeze them. Agrrhh.

well u can go for some excercise n cyanocobalamine (vit B12)that really helps.u mst b suffering from its deficiency.go to ur doc n get urself cheked to rule the other things out:-)
