My stomach hurts really bad, really bad!!!?!
Question: it feels like really bad gas, the sharp pain is like right in the middle of my stomach and i only get it in the morning. It also feels like a acid attack coming up my throaght. the actual pain lasts for 10secs, then goes away for like a minute then comes back for another 10 seconds, this goes on for 20 mins. I know when its coming, the moment it starts I start to salavate very heavily for like a 1 minute before i rush to the bathroom tp spit it out, this has been happening for the last 3 days.

You probably have an ulcer in fact I would say I'm 90% sure you have an ulcer; if you are pooping blood then you have a pretty bad one.
Anyway you NEED to go to the doctor! This is not something that is going to go away. Ulcer's can get much worse if not taken care of. In the mean time, don't drink alcohol (at all) or eat spicy food. If you are a heavy drinker and you are at a young age I would say that would be the reason behind it.
