reading a book always makes my eyes droopy and tired:]

reading in bed usually gets me tired. a

Prayer. Quiet music, like classical. What helps me is to go to bed at the same time every night, having my favorite pillow, making sure the dog is ready, and prayer.

getting comfy & closing my eyes
sometimes with late night tv on

I tend to focus on relaxing every muscle in my body and then thinking of a white screen with numbers from 99 and backwards coming at me from small to big. I never get to (50)! ~ Read it in a book somewhere and it works...

Reading in bed, usually one of the latest bestsellers. Historical fiction and biographies are my favorites. Then I fall asleep thinking about the characters and what's going to happen next.

Damn...I want to say masturbation badly, cause right after that I feel tired...LMAO!!

Ok Ok, on a more serious note any of the following:

1. Lights switched off
2. Heavy soccer game / any form of exercise
3. Worked my a$$ off during the day @ work
4. Boring movies or shows on TV..yawn...

darkness and staring at the wall lol

I would say darkness throughout the room, and good thoughts for the future.

get a marijuana prescription

Complete Darkness!! not even a little light from a vcr or a computer and a clear mind.

Camille tea caffeine free

Reading before bed. I need wind-down time.
I usually take a relaxing bath or shower, get in my pajamas, and snuggle in bed with my hubby and cats with a good book.
If I have problems falling asleep then I get up and do something. I know if I just lay there that I'll never drift off. So, I do something tedious and boring like fold laundry until I feel tired enough to go back to bed.

helps if I can be in bed before 10:00 pm, otherwise I get a second wind.
I think about what I have to do the next day, or what I want to do, think about the plants I'll plant in the garden or other enjoyable projects. Talking with God a few minutes before hand always helps too.

I am easily go asleep when I have a very happy day, when there are no problems........

there's a research saying the best environment for a good sleep is cozy bed, darkness and silence.

but for me..reading makes my eyes heavy..
