Heartburn...help, please?!
Question: I take two pills everyday, have taken them for a year, and just in the last 3 weeks I get massive heartburn when I take them. Why would there be a change and what can I do.
I don't take them on an empty stomach and I vary the time of day to see if it helps, but nada.

some times even the pills we have been on for years turn on us .... quit taking them and try a different kind that will do the same thing as the ones you are taking now ( knowing what you are taking now would help a lot I could suggest a alternative ) good luck
are you eating fatty food???? try only eating healthy and see how you go
Try eating a pickle. The base in the pickling solution counteracts the acid in your stomach, it's a pH thing. Definitely see your Dr. if problem continues.
What kind of pills? *Pills* is vague and unhelpful. Self-test: drink some lemon juice or apple cider vinegar in water. If your HB gets worse, you suffer from two much stomach acid. If it gets better, you suffer from not enough.
