Breast implants- can I get a loan for them?!


Question: I am planning on getting implants after graduating college but I'm not sure how financing works. I can pay off half, but I'm not sure if I can get approved for a loan to pay off the other half because I have about $6,000 in student loans to pay off as it is. Ideas? Thanks!
