Knees hurt everyday?!
Question: i don't kno why but mostly everyday my knees hurts. some times only one knee. i'm only in the 12-15 and i don't play sports. why do they hurt?
also, i always have to crack my toes like cracking my knuckes. i don't kno why, but when i do, it is loud. i could do like 5 times or even more in a row.

If you walk around a lot, that might cause your knees from hurting. Also, if you don't get good sleep, it could cause you to ache. Also, DON'T CRACK YOUR TOES OR FINGERS, if you keep on doing this, later on, you might get arthritis. Hope this helped.
My son has had a similar problem since his early teens, he is now 22. His knees crack so loud sometimes, it sounds like a pop-gun going off. Our doctor said it was something he would outgrow, that did not happen. We have been talking recently about seeing that works with the bones to see what is going on.
