Why not skip the middleman and just start shooting heroin? It's the narcotic of choice for hopheads and it doesn't have all that icky acetaminophen to adulterate your high.

vicodin gets you high, vicodin also destroys your liver, so when you get addicted, your liver will be tact with it because the enzymes wont be able to process it..then you're liver will become week, then you'll turn yellow, then become constipated..you will be in severe adbominal pain. and if you take these pills, when your done off your fix, you will be going through painful withdrawals, you'll throw up, maybe throw up blood because the chemicals will eat away your stomach lining, you'll shake, shiver, sweat, have the chills, ache all over. Ive seen it happen, ive worked in the medical field for a year...its not a pretty site. you wanna take vicodin and percocet to get high and then go through these awful things, be my guest. but remember one slip up in how many you take, you can over dose and maybe become a vegatable. grow up. smoke pot, ya it affects the lungs but you get high..its probably the safest (despite affecting the lungs) to get high with. narcotics, benzos, and barbituates are the worst. and if you take them and wake up the next morning, be prepared for the worst headache.
