Drink a lot of water, it will help you detox quicker. The nicotines is already out of your system... the weed will be in like 3-10 days I think. The more water you drink the faster it goes away. Avoid old smoking buddies until you are secure in your quit.
Oh, and weed is adictive, as I'm sure you know.
green tea is a good anti toxant that helps clean yoru system, and for cigs, just cut one out a day unitl they are gone.
wow ur a junkie, well the piss i believe takes a couple of weeks but stays in ur hair for like months
dont surround yourself with people who smoke. since you are an addict you will smoke around them. even if you dont want to. it will take a good 30 days until your piss is clean again. good luck.
Personally, I find it easier to quit each individually instead of both at once. If you smoke buds every day, then it'll take about 30 days give or take.
ok...first let me say that weed is non addictive..u may mentally feel u need it but physically there is no addiction and u will experience no withdraws...i wouldnt suggest quitting both at the same time but it appears u need to quit the ganja for perhaps a job...ways i have passed piss tests...drink a gallon mix w 1/4 vinegar 3/4 liquid of ur choice..i prefer apple cider vinegar w grape coolade..certo works like a charm and have known people to pass probation tests w this...in ur water mix a pack in start drinking an hour b4 ur test and up until ur test...it usually takes on average 28 days to clear naturally out of ur system...this over the counter stuff is bs
