I have a white coating on my tongue with red sore spots. what is it?!

Question: i am 11 weeks pregnant. could it be crazy hormones, or some sort of sickness i'm getting? no fever, just very tired, but i thought that was the pregnancy.

sounds very like a condition called "strawberry tongue" and no it isn't from eating strawberry's You need to please go to your dr though who will confirm or deny.
