Why are we fatter in the evening than in the morning?!


Question: Not only are we slimmer but we are also taller in the morning. This happens because when we sleep at night we aren't fightning gravity to stand. All day long gravity pulls against us in a standing position that makes us get a little shorter. Try this when you leave to go to work look into the rear mirror. Remember where your eyes were at in the mirror. When you leave at the end of the day look into the mirror and you will actually be shorter. Same thing happens whith your gut. When you wake up your gut is longer up and down. By the end of the day your gut is shorter and wider.
