Shy, sick but opening up to you?!
Question: If a shy person opened up to you about a chronic illness they're suffering from, what would u think?

I would think they're being very brave...& I would very much want to help them as much as I could.
I would think that this person really trusted me enough to tell me something like this. I would really show support & try not to make them ever think otherwise.
I'd be honored that the person decided to trust me, and I'd do my best not to betray that trust.
Shy people are usually able to talk at length about only certain things.
I'm that type of person. I have opened up to only the most friendly people. They are usually people with tons of friends, and when they meet me, they devote their time to me, "the project." Eventually, they move away, though, leaving me behind to raise myself. I'm 26 and someday, I'll understand this world.
