erm.. for your fingers nothing really it just doesnt look v nice
and for your health..well your hands could be dirty so biting your nails means bacteria is going into your body so if you are going to bite 'em make sure your hands are clean otherwise your more likely to catch colds and bugs from unclean surfaces you've touched! hope this helps
