After fasting period, my stools is yellow, is it good or bad?!

Question: I've been taking a fasting program that is 4 days per month, on new/ full moon days. I have been taking it for 3 months. After each fasting, I realize that my stools is very yellow and loose, sometimes like a diarrhoea. I wonder if the toxics are went out or it a sign that I shouldn't take fasting anymore.

Very good. It is 'affectionately' called "yellow butt pee". The yellowish elimination is the colon washing the fecal matter off the walls of the colon. It's a sign that you may want to fast for a little longer -- once there is no more color to the elimination, the colon is cleansed and it will come out clear.
