Iv sedation?!

Question: IM ahving Iv sedation, and I was wondering If anyone out htere(nurses etc) has seen anyone with Iv sedation, or if anyopne has had it. I head you ramble and talk while your sedated...i was kinda freaked out about that...does anyone know about what to expect with it?
