Why are my snots are red and brown?!
Question: I recently got over a really bad cold and i've had a really runny nose with it. IN the past couple days my snots have become really thick and redish brown. Is this bad and why is this happening?
(ps. it does not hurt or anything, its actualy easier to blow my nose now :-P)

You have most probably scratched the inside of your nose and it is bleeding slightly. This will go away as the irritation stops or the Cold goes away.
i used to get that after a cold too.
theres probably just dried blood in your nose that you are blowing out. dont worry! just dont blow too hard, your nose will bleed. try irrigating with Simply Saline.
