What's the best way to take your mind off food?!


Question: When you get that burning sensation in your stomach cause you're so hungry, but you can't get any food to make it go away, what's the best way to take your mind off it?

I use gum or mints when I don't have any food around me. When I was in middle/high school, I would carry snacks around on me and eat them during the class change as well.

maybe you are confusing hunger with thirst, drink fluids.

you have a computer, but no food? your priorities need to be re-done.....sell the computer and take the Internet off of the bill. get food.

Go outside and hang around, lock yourself in your room and read or do homework, STAY AWAY FROM THE KITCHEN (or any source of food)!, or just do something that takes your mind away from everything!

keep soya nuts with you. just 2 tbsps fill u up.

drink alot of water and fluids and eat healthy and then go out and leave your home. if your a kid go play with other kids and that will take your mind off. if your adult go shopping or go out and do something you like. like golfing. that will take your mind off. just dont sit at home with food near by.

Try 5-htp

Try to keep water on hand and drink fluids maybe keep some chocolate in your backpack and suck on it. Works for me.

if you chew gum don't because that will make you hungry
