its probably a chemical that is released by the brain , ,it also takes away ur appetite right . .
when people do drugs, the brain releases a chemical called Dopamine, which is the same chemical released when u fall in love & thats what gives you the "high" or the lovey-dovey feeling ! !
sounds like nerves....it only happens when ur nervous..u could be shy when making a speech..or u c a really cute guy that u like. But pay attention 2 ur habits an ul notice it. Though if i were u id stop worryin and just try an live every day az it comes.....and have a blast! Enjoy...and good luk!
