Why is obesity affecting so many people?!


Question: `rowlfe'-you cant rely on `willpower' as it comes and goes.
`willpower' is when you go `yeah! I`m gonna to this' then abt an hour later `ohh,I cant do this,I cant be stuffed' just like dr;phill says ,you have to force yourself to lose weigt by getting a new lifestyle that doesn`t alow you to overeat.
my mum doesn`t have a car so we walk everywhere so I`m always slim.but my mum`s overweight,causeshe use to drive and now she`s having troble losing it.I`m starting to get a bit of a jelly belly cause I dont go down the shops with her anyore like I useto. so just because vyou ont have a car,doesn`t mean you cant get overweight. less and less ppl are eating a `healthy diet' and of corse not enogh exercise.Lack of sleep is also a factor and due to computers,tv,videogames,where
spending most of our time indoors,combine that with a
common diet of foods with lots of salt,fat and sugar,we are bound to be overweight.ppl should take the time to look at what there doing to their bodies and stop,befre they get overweight or if they already are,obese.I think everyone should also pa as mutch atention to anorexic ppl.even as young as 6! what are we thinking! I thoght the human race was intelligent?! thats not all of us tho.at least some ppl are making an efort.and no wonder all health mags have in them is `weight loss articales' because it affects almost everone of us now.even if your not verweight,mos chances are that you know someone who is,so theppl who keep complaning abt too many things abt weight loss,its reality! everyone needs a wake up call to start looking after themselves.
