Why is tingly hands and feet a symptom of anxiety?!
Question: When you have an anxiety attack, your heart beats faster, sometimes LOTS faster. When it pumps really fast, it's not pumping effeciently. There's not enough time for it to fill completely with blood between pumps, so your circulation is less. I've had this happen to the point that my lips turn blue and I'm pale as a sheet.

According to me, it's because you get a lot of tension & you start to sweat just like when you're in real pain. Plus, in feet, I curl my toes & flick them with each other.
