because the government knows they cant control pot, if they made it legal then everyone would grow their own so even though the government grows, sells and taxes their own, nobody would buy it.

Unfortunately, manufacturing cigarettes is not against the law, though it has contributed to the deaths of millions of people. It is not illegal to smoke or possess cigarettes, as they are not considered a controlled substance.
While there is a "lift" to the human body when it absorbs nicotine, it is not considered a "high." Marijuana is considered a controlled substance and it is illegal to sell, or use it (except for the medical version).
Yes cigarettes are killers. But for the moment cigarettes are legal, weed "ain't."
Where do you get your facts from? I think you need to check out the facts for yourself instead of listening to the malarkey of your friends. Report or no report, a person chooses the facts he/she accepts, your paper I'm sure was not peer reviewed in a scientific journal. If you bother to look you will know that pot contains many of the same poisons found in cigarette smoke. The deep breathing that pot smokers engage in is even more devastating than cigarette smoking. The basis of your question is childish in and of itself because arguing two wrongs making a right is laughed at in debate circles.
cause the government makes a LOT of money from smokes. its more addictive then pot.

How do you know weed doesn't cause cancer....just because someone doesn't drop dead the next day doesn't mean they are harming their bodies?
