hiys,well with dehydration you will feel very tired,lethargic,and dizzy.your skin will have no elastistity.it can be very dangerous,as we all need water to survive.
why would you want to go without fluids for 2 - 3 days.
people are hospitalized for dehydration,as this will put pressure on the kidneys,and the output (urine) will be very little,infact it could be none.

simply put - the first sign of dehydration is feeling thirsty! Just go from there!

don't try it - its not good for you - first symptom is a headache
On a sunny day I get dehydrated very easily, it starts with thirst then a headache that painkillers won't shift, it only goes away if I drink over a litre of water or diluted juice.
i would know! i dont drink water, only coke! it gives you chapped lips and makes you really weak!
