My boyfriend is losing weight with no change in diet or exercise?!
Question: He says just recently he's been noticing that he feels thinner. He's gone a notch up on his belt and his clothes feel looser. He doesn't have a scale but I told him to weigh himself at a Publix ASAP since about a month ago he weighed himself there and that way we can compare. He says his stomach has been bothering him for some time but he hasn't really had a change in appetite.
Is this something he should be worried about?

Maybe he's stressed about something.
Is he tired? It might be diabetes.
If he has no medical problems then it's most likely stress. If he's concerned, he should see a doctor. There's a possibility it could be a worm.
there are many reasons that this could be happening and he needs to go see a problem to make sure that it is not something serious.
