All meds have a shelf life (expiration date) but you can usually take the expired meds for sometimes up to a year except for tetracycline (an antibiotic) never take it past the expiration date. Tylenol is fine. You can take it until you empty the bottle and it will still be just as potent for about a year. It's not harmful, it is still very safe to take. I learned all about medicines when I took my paramedic class. We had to know stuff like that for people who overdosed.

not as effective

If it just expired this month, you can finish using the bottle... it won't make a difference.

It should still be good, the date's that most companies print on medicine like that are usually the minimum time period for that drug, they usually have a little bit of lee way built into the date. Most of them; if they are like Tylenol, will usually last a while longer than that, but don't take any kind of drug that is 3-6 months past the date printed on the bottle, the bottle you mentioned in your question should be okay for now, just either finish them off soon or try not to take any past this month.
