Did the hospital give you a number to call should you continue to feel awful? If you cant get a doctors appointment then try calling them out to your house. Describe your symptoms to the receptionist and explain that you were recently in hospital.

If not then take yourself to your local Accident and Emergency Department! I wouldn't ignore this. Especially as you are have a stiff neck and pains in your legs.. it COULD be something serious like meningitis.

Back to bed for the day for you then - take paracetamol four hourly. And get an appointment for tomorrow - you clearly need one. Feel better.

Those doctor receptionists are tough ones to get past!!

If you really do feel awful and need to see someone today, drag yourself to the surgery and say you *have* to see the doctor and you will wait until the end of the morning / afternoon surgery to see the doctor for a few minutes.

They aren't supposed to turn away people that are genuinely ill so if you turn up looking like deaths door - the receptionist will agree to fit you in.

Hi Anna, your ill and need to see a doctor, as is said,
go down to the surgery now and tell em how poorly you
are and must see a GP today. If they say no the only
thing to do is go back to the hospitals A & E,there
at least some one will see you after awhile.

i think is nothing wrong with you , you are just passing through a unbalanced lifestyle (maybe social life , eating habits or lack of physical activity) for awhile.
